    • Welcome to Medicare Preventative Visit: Medicare Part B covers a preventive visit once within the first 12 months of enrollment. This visit includes a review of your medical and social history related to your health and education and counseling about preventive services
    • Yearly “Wellness” Visits: If you have had Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) for longer than 12 months, you may have a Medicare covered Annual “Wellness” Visit once every 12 months to develop or update a personalized prevention plan to help prevent disease and disability, based on your current health and risk factors. Your provider may also perform a cognitive impairment assessment.
  • Phlebotomy/Laboratory Draws for current patients (with advanced scheduling)
  • Traveler’s health and pre-travel visits (Vaccinations are prescribed so that you may obtain them from the pharmacy)
